Against the backdrop of a sunset, in the winter stillness that only the Cavanata Valley can offer, we invite you for the last date of 2023 in the Reserve. We propose a walk in the Valley, which in this period is populated by many different species of birds. Flamingos, many species of waders, kingfishers, geese, swans and many others find shelter and food here to get through the winter. Guided by our expert ornithologist, we will learn to recognise and appreciate the importance of the Reserve in preserving this rich bird biodiversity.
The guided tour is organised for Sunday 31 December, 3 p.m., starting from the Cavanata Valley Nature Reserve Visitor Centre.
